The line was built around six-axis arms and a finishing crew that takes a framed module to paint, cabinets, and appliances. The western radius is about 800 miles - California jobs, not a national catalog.
Five years on, the same plant is the file. The robots multiplied. The site did not. That is the point of a housing factory: you do not add trailers. You add cells.
