Stonebreak Road, Luther Forest Tech Park. Fab 8 is a 300mm chip plant - FD-SOI, FinFET, RF-SOI, silicon photonics. About 2,500 people. Robot motor drivers, radar, and defense silicon come off this line. CHIPS money is expanding packaging and a second fab on the same campus.
