Arabian Business and Innovo’s own project file put the partnership on 24 June 2026. Innovo Group, main contractor on Ghaf Woods in Dubai, is deploying FieldAI robots on the live site. The client is Majid Al Futtaim. The community is valued at about $463 million (AED 1.7 billion): 23 buildings across the Celia, Serra, and Lacina clusters, aiming for LEED Gold.
The robots start with progress monitoring, real-time documentation, and environmental readings in zones that are repetitive, hard to reach, or too hot for a reliable human walk. Gulf summer site temperatures can hit 45°C. Douglas Zuzic, Innovo’s chief digital officer, said live construction sites in the region are where the company wants to scale the technology, not in a side program.
Ali Agha said the Middle East is one of the most important regions for FieldAI over the next decade, and that Ghaf Woods is the kind of large, demanding job the software is built for. FieldAI is already on hundreds of sites on three continents. Dubai is a production deployment on an occupied, full-heat residential job.
